Nestled in the heart of West Vancouver’s Park Royal shopping district, Milestones new flagship location is generating a great deal of positive buzz among Lower Mainland foodies, and across the city’s social networks.

This new dining destination, located at the south west corner of Park Royal, weds the best of upscale Westcoast fare and casual Vancouver living.

At the heart of this experience is an array of new dishes that serve up a culinary experiences beyond the typical middle-of-the-bell-curve chain restaurant outing. The new menu, which just launched last month, offers over 30 new dishes, each raising the bar on the trailing competition.

From seafood to vegetarian offerings, Milestones new entrees have something memorable waiting for diners of all tastes. The offerings are as rich in flavour as they are diverse – whether that be coconut marinated calamari strips that practically melt in the mouth or a roasted field mushroom gemelli that is perfectly balanced by its truffle cream sauce.

A number of the meat dishes are marinated for over 24 hours, again revealing a much-welcome company philosophy to place the substance at the same level as the sizzle. The proof being in the pudding, the flavours tango on your tongue and pop lock and drop for your palate.

First opened on Denman Street in Vancouver in 1989, Milestones today spans coast-to-coast with over 50 locations in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Newfoundland and Saskatchewan. The company is 100% Canadian in its history and approach to the dining experience.

The newly renovated, 6400 square foot location at Park Royal – just over the Lion’s Gate Bridge – features an indoor/outdoor bar, all season patio and contemporary interior design.

The restaurant will be hosting a ‘Reopening Party’ on July 21th at 6:30pm in support of Royal Canadian Marine Search & Rescue.
