The inaugural Masters Games of the Pan-American region is currently taking place in Vancouver.

The 9 day event launched on August 26th and is open to competitors from around world who meet the minimum age requirement of being 30 or older.

This event is designed to complement the World Masters Games and create a regular opportunity for Masters athletes to compete in the Americas region.

Themed ‘Sport Without Limits`, this event is organized by Sport BC with the support of the City of Vancouver, Vancouver Hotel Destination Association, BC Pavilion Corporation, and Tourism Vancouver.

The sporting events are being held at various venues throughout and around the city of Vancouver.
