What's cooking?


Cut turkey into 2cm(3/4”) pieces. In a small saucepan mix sugar and corn starch together. Stir in soy sauce,water,ginger and garlic. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Cool. Pour over turkey and marinate covered 2

 

- 24 hours in refrigerator.
For each serving alternate 1/4 of turkey, pepper and onion on a metal(or presoaked
wooden) skewers.
Brush vegetables with marinate and grill or broil 15cm (6”) from heat. Turn occationally and base with marinade for 12 - 15 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink inside. Serve on rice.
