Thai House Ox-Tail Pumpkin Curry:
Ingredients
-3 pounds Oxtail
-1 pound of pumpkin
-2 X 200 ml pack of
Thai House Red
Curry Sauce
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
1. Cut pumpkin into bite size slices.
Make sure Oxtail has been cut into 2 inch slices
2. Bring the Thai House curry sauce to a boil
3. Add Oxtail and simmer on
medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add pumpkin slices.
5. Within 15 minutes your oxtail
pumpkin curry is ready to be served
with steamed rice or pasta.
