BC Home+Garden Show features top Asian selections

Deviate from the mundane. Defy uniforminity. Detonate martyrdom, find beauty in its destruction and... Stand out!

“Welcome to the magical world of Flaming Angels,” says Miriam Melanson, proud president and designer of the Flaming Angels creations and company engaged in producing out of the ordinary but classy fabrics and clothing including products with Asian touch particularly Japanese.

Flaming Angels is a steadily growing Vancouver-based Company that is interested in every facet of dark and avant-garde fashion.

“Flaming Angels has been online since 2000. Initially catering to our clients of a darker aesthetic, we have slowly been accumulating a repertoire of products that appeal to even more individuals looking for something edgy but fun to wear,” dazzling  and multi-talented Melanson told the Asian Pacific Post.

“The main focus of this product group is to offer our customers wearable fashions that won’t compromise their unique style.”

Melanson is a graduate of Kwantlen University College. During her studies in the Clothing and Textiles Program she created Flaming Angels and upon completion of her Degree she decided to devote herself full-time to the label and make it her career.

Fascinated with the dark and uncanny side of underground fashion culture, she is always looking for challenging new projects, and looks forward to getting involved in every edgy, sexy and glamorous show.

Flaming Angels will showcase its divergent products like Sushi pillow, robes and Japanese suits from Feb 20 until Feb 24 at the BC Place Stadium on 777 Pacific Boulevard, Vancouver for the much-awaited BC Home + Garden Show, a massive and modern popular home and garden event.
