Join a lecture/discussion on Saturday, September 29, 1 pm, in Theatre 2600 at SFU Surrey, when Dr. Alan Aberbach, retired member of SFU's History department, will discuss why America's Founding Fathers were so against popular government that they wrote a Constitution designed to prevent the rise of democracy.
