A must try dish is the Baked Chicken & Mushroom in Thick Toast. A chicken and mushroom mixture is served within a five inch thick piece of toast. Benny brings the tastes of his homeland, Hong Kong, to the South Hill area. Benny decided to bring a Hong Kong style café to Fraser Street because of its popularity and importance in Hong Kong. Benny credits his 15-year experience with Asian cuisine, talented cooking team, and helpful service staff in making Angel Café a success.
