Chef Zhang strongly believes that nature is the best provider of fine ingredients while simple and easy cooking steps are the best way to appreciate and enjoy the flavours, especially for home cooks. Chef Zhang cooks his original Shanghai, Beijing and Szechuan dishes using as much local produce as possible. That includes making Lin’s noodles, dumpling wrappers and his very own sauces from scratch.

Signature dish:
Tan Tan noodles

Tip:
Start with fresh ingredients, cook with someone that knows what he or she is doing, work with simple recipes and most importantly, go into the kitchen and start cooking!
