Personal philosophy: I value and appreciate the social and cultural importance of food in Asian societies. I am greatly influenced by all Asian ingredients as they delight the senses with their contrasting tastes and textures and how they are prepared in their cooking styles and techniques. I feel my personal style over the years with cooking Asian ingredients has created what I call "Trans-Ethnic" cuisine today, which reflects greatly on Wok Box's menu today.
Wok Box philosophy: We incorporate the traditional values, history, authenticity of Asian cuisine into what we want to serve, using fresh ingredients with ambrosial herbs and spices to create delicious and delectable meals in a fast QSR environment.
