Deep rolling ominous thunder.
Flashing eyes that glow in the dark.
Bats, skeletons and ghouls…
It is that special time of year, midway between summer and winter equinoxes, when we celebrate the eerie and mysterious.
Lougheed Town Centre is hosting Spooky BOO-Tique, a spook-tacular house of horrors, from October 6 through 31 during mall hours.
The Burnaby shopping centre has transformed mall space into a Halloween fantasy of horrors, from scares for the very young to frights for the young at heart.
All guests 12 years and under going through the Spooky BOO-Tique will receive a Halloween treat when they leave.
Customers may enter upon presentation of a same-day receipt from a Lougheed retailer or they can make a minimum $2 donation to the Burnaby Firefighters’ Charitable Society.
On October 31, from 4 to 5pm, parents can bring their children 12 years and under in costume for trick or treating - to enjoy their ghouls and goodies in safety and warmth.
Cameras are welcome and parents may take advantage of this perfect photo opportunity. Entry is by donation collected at all mall entrances. All proceeds will be donated to the Burnaby Firefighters’ Charitable Society.
Lougheed Town Centre, a Burnaby shopping and Coquitlam shopping destination, is home to over 140 shops and services including H&M, Walmart, London Drugs, Safeway, and The Bay.
