1 lamb leg: About 3 kg, cut into 4 pieces1.5 kg: Yoghurt (dahi, creamy)
Boil chicken with 1½ cups of water, ginger slices, vinegar and salt.
Combine bread crumbs and milk. Combine turkey, garlic, onion, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
To make chicken stock: Boil chicken bones for an hour or two in 1 litre of water. Add a tsp of salt, a tsp of pepper

Cut pumpkin into bite size slices. Make sure Oxtail has been cut into 2 inch slices
Clean chicken properly and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Rub the inside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
